What does NUUN look for when hiring?
Three traits: evidence-led thinking, cross-disciplinary instincts (you can hold your own in a research, design, or engineering conversation even if you lead in one), and the patience to ship small and iterate. Seniority matters less than these.
Do you hire remote?
We hire office-first in each of our six cities and hybrid-remote within the same metro. Fully-remote hires are considered case-by-case for specialist roles (senior ML, senior content strategy, senior UX research).
What is the interview process?
Four stages: 30-minute intro, craft interview (work-sample review), panel with 3 cross-functional peers, founder conversation. We pay for any take-home work over 90 minutes. Total elapsed time: 3–5 weeks.

Does NUUN sponsor work visas?
We sponsor Canadian, US, UAE, Qatari, and Lebanese work authorization case-by-case for senior-level roles. Junior roles are typically local-hire only.
